And looks to be a survivor.

I can't tell from the picture how bad the forks are. Any chance of you being able to repair them, so you can keep it original ?

I will try to fix them but they are bent about 2 to 3" back , I will post better pictures tomorrow

Hey again Jim.

Doug...membername FOMOGO did a great thread on straightening forks where he leaves them on the bike (removes the engine), then clamps the fork to the bench, with the bike frame up in the air for leverage...he then cold bends the forks back in to place.

I can't find Doug's original article, but did find another one where he shows pics and describes the process. His forks and the guy he was helping, were bent way in to start with...check out this link:
