Found this Put Together Mini

the guy told me it is a rupp. the upper tank is decoration only. not
sure how many rupps came with an HS50 fresh off a snowblower!

notice the brake pedal and the pegs, looks like everything was put
together.

what is it??

Nice find !

I believe it is a rupp Bianci or something like that..(Iron Honky has a frame for sale you can compare to).

Anyway, those break peg, foot peg things appear to be something added.

As well as the seat....be curious whats under the new upholstery, as they had somewhat of a small seat..but thick.
