Inspired by some of the recent postings, thought it would be fun to round up all these types of rides into one thread for future reference.
As with all R&D the results can be somewhat mixed...perhaps they were good ideas....maybe some not so good...and then there are those that should have never left the drawing board....I won't be passing judgement...it's always interesting to see how other people's minds work.
So give me your tired, your poor...your wack jobs, Rube Goldbergs and other "Kustom" machines...

Here's a vintage classic to get the ball rolling:
In some states they won't let you put an engine on a bicycle without registering it as a moped, scooter or motorcycle. Some states won't even let you do what this person did seeing how it's welded to the frame. I've seen people in those states build engine powered wheel driven trailers that attach to the seat post as a work around to rules, regulations and laws in a given area.
