Cool as shit. It's an HPE Muskin "Cat" based design, but the front end looks (excellently) fabricated, as are the rear axle tabs. Way better with that TC over conventional MC gear box. Solid fab job.
 
Wow...so many features in one project! The 4 inch lightweight header, the ratchet wrench (brake?) welded to the light weight galvanized frame, the wrought iron bucket seat. As mentioned, the super speedway gearing is hard to find on most budget karts. This one is really special. EDIT, I just looked again and noticed the black pipe handlebar! That seems to almost go along with the bomber jacket in the lawn patio seat.

A great example of "use what you have, build what you want"
Got to admit, the builder has decent fabrication skills. Material choices, not so much.
Bet they went out and purchased almost nothing to complete the project.
