FS is 1971 speedway scorpion with Ohio title. It does show as a 1973 as this was an original owners mistake, maybe he bought it new in 1973? This is ok survivor that is missing so parts, clutch cover, drives and front disc brake. The does come with the original lighting coil motor that runs ok but could use some carb work. Minis with titles are hard to come by. 1200 obo with the off road title you can get proper insurance and an off road plate to ride in camp grounds and state forest.
