Barn fresh Go-Devil as found. Engine has compression and the clutches free but the rear wheel won't turn. The brake may be locked up and I'll check but it wont change the price regardless the issue. What you see is what you get, a complete scooter I was told ran when parked 20yrs ago. The tank has some rust but it should clean. Everything but the back wheel turns, swingarm and shocks work fine. Folds and comes apart as it should. Seat and floorboard need replacing, wood is rotten. $300 plus actual shipping costs or pick up in OKC and I will not part out unless you need $300 worth of parts.
Just cut the brake cable which was frozen and the rear wheel turns now, easy fix.
