Hello, Beautiful job with your restoration. I was wondering if the fork boots are original or do you have a source for them? They look like they might work for my 1970 Fox mini bikes. Let me know I would sure appreciate it. Thanks, Neville

Of course not. Nor did it come with a disc brake, shiny blue paint, a custom seat, better hand controls, stainless steel hardware or smoothed welds. Never claimed it was restored to factory specs. It was better than it left the factory.

And it not only had a "china" motor and tank but it had "china" tires, "china" chains, "china" hand controls, "china" grips, "china" rear shocks, "china" disc brakes and "china" rims too

Maybe I should have called it an "international resto-mod"......

Doesn't matter...they buyer LOVES it. As have all my buyers. ;)

KIND OF HARD TO DO FACTORY RESTORATION JOBS WHEN PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. YOU USE WHAT YOU CAN FIND AND CALL THEM RESTOMODS. THESE BIKES WERE MADE TO BE RIDEN AND IF THATS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THEN THATS GREAT IT, IS BEING USED FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE. LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE A GOOD RIDE FOR THE NEW OWNER.
