Got a text message from them telling me the dowel pins (for making Lil Indian brake caliper pins) that I ordered were out for delivery.

Great, except it also showed I ordered the wrong length :hammer:

So, before they even get here I go online & start things rolling on returning them. They have a form where they ask what the problem is, I checked "ordered wrong thing".

They come back with.... don't worry about it we have you covered. You're such a great customer, just keep them.... we'll give you a full refund anyway.

And they did... $16+

How's that for customer service?

Thats awesome:thumbsup: I had something happen like that years ago. I started ordering my pet food on line. I ordered a case of fancy feast cans. While I was on vacation, the case arrived and the pet sitter brought the case in the house..When I get home from vacation and enter the house, smelled like something died in here. :laugh::laugh: Ends up one of the cans broke and went bad:doah: When I called the company, they said the same thing. "just keep it" and they sent me another case. Its nice to see that there is still some great service around:thumbsup:

Amazon has always had stellar customer service. I've gotten to keep stuff and get a 100% gift certificate refund. The only thing I can say they suck at is "warehouse deals". They're not ashamed to ship you returned unusable garbage you have to return.
