That was some left over duplicolor from the last Tom Thumb I built. I thought is was pretty close.

Fork is going to need some work. I see a bushing is missing from the bottom because there is this big clump of weld on the tube.

Hard to understand that big clump of weld near the top? It is an odd place for a repair. I would think it is not prone to failure or rust there. I can understand the repair on the bottom due to a bearing or race failure. That is a high weight load bearing area. Love your photos, keep up the good work.

#3 Kitty will need a engine. Maybe I will keep my eye out for one of those motors. I think the clutch cover that came with the bike was for the 2 stroke. Are the motor mounting holes the same?
