Was going to buy this NOS engine on Marketplace but before I buy it would like to know what is on the PTO. Any ideas what it is? Want to make sure it can be removed so engine can be used on mini bike. Thanks

That’s a mechanical drive with a hard rubber “puck” in the middle for industrial uses. It’s commonly used to drive large air compressors etc. They have a set screw like the outer one in the picture to mount them to the shaft. Should be no problem to remove. It is an odd one though. I can see the set screw on the inner one in the logo.

I think they call that a “Lovejoy” coupling.
