I discovered that the fork on my Bronc needs some repair, if possible.
The left spring broke off inside and someone thought it was a good idea to weld it all in there.
You can see in the photo the tube portion has been ground down to hide the crap porous weld.
I would like to cut the left tube completely off flush with the lower fork plate, zip cut the weld on the fender mount and replace the tube.
Using a smaller OD tube to dowel the inside at the lower fork plate then weld it all back together while looking as close to factory as possible.
Think it can be done?
