If you can send me a cover, that would be great.

The cover is headed your way, you may want to offer these for sale asap on here as I think you could get a few orders if you wanted to. Or there is a Heath kit Boonie bike forum on Facebook too, I’ve seen many looking for these covers, thanks, William PS, I need (2) of them

Brooklyn Bob, RobertC, ole4 and Ajf, thanks for the compliments.

ole4,
My wife and I invested in a computer aided cutter called a Cricut. It allowed me to make a stencil, which I then sprayed a vinyl dye to make the logo. Due to copyright laws the logo is not an identical copy.
And yes, I am getting into the seat making business. I work as an aviation upholster for a large company, so I find the mini seats a bit of fun to do.

I now have patterns for a this Heathkit, a MTD Trailflite and my Fox Street Scamp.

Oh, does anyone know what models the Heathkit seat is for? Does it go on more then the Boonie?

Thanks,
Loren
Nice work. Not sure you have to worry about copyright laws as those companies have been out of business for 40-50 years. There is no one to sue you for copyright infringement.

Yes, that is a 1-1/2" heat treated pleat. I also have some 1" heat treated.
Unfortunately it can add as much as 4 times to my cost of material.

When I had my Fox Trail Tramp seat done the girl told me the original 1/2" pleated vinyl material is very hard to get and expensive if you can find it. Is this true? She ended up sewing the pleats in seat. FOX SEAT.JPG
