Help an old man out

Hey guys,
My old man is looking for help figuring out what this frame is other then ugly :laugh:. It looks like it may have been stretched close to 5 inches at one point? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tommy my boy, don't recall that and added 1 more horse since then, maybe you should get one running. Mess with the bull you get the horns.

Guy I got it from had it 30 years, he said and did the stretch but never got it back together. What isn't obviously modded/stretched looks factoryish?

I second homemade... Not any factory looking welds on that thing that I see.
