Help determine age of skat kitty

Our family recently acquired a treasured family owned skat kitty with side car, head light, and tail light.
We would greatly appreciate assistance on determining its age. Thus far we have learned they were manufactured 1965 - 1971.
We have discovered a few numbers on it.
SK2654 by the kickstand.
51 0 70 is positioned vertically in the engine area.
A metal plate indicates Model H25 -25132F; Serial 7289 09225.
I am not real techie so please bare with me as a learn how to navigate and get educated.

That's pretty nice. Definitely a 1967, 5" wheels with the H25 lighting coil motor.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It is greatly appreciated.
My dad bought it in the 1980's. He then gave it to one of his brothers who was an amazing painter and he restored it.
My dad's passion was restoring tractors. My uncle's was cars. Loved, loved, loved his vets, etc.
Both have since passed and now it came back to my family, the tractor guy.
How much do you think we should insure it for?

There are a lot more knowledgeable members on here but I'd be shocked if you could replace that for 5 grand. It could very well be much higher.

Would I be correct in stating it's a 1967 Slim Skat Kitty?
Also, what kind of fuel does it use and what type of oil?

Regular gas. Non ethanol is best. Just regular 10-30w oil.
