This MFGR generally used a serial number system that was stamped on the engine plate. However the later model mini cycles (10" wheel bikes) that I have seen did not come with the data plate.

If I recall correctly, I assumed my Wildcat was around 1972 to 1974. This seems to be the time frame when Muskin built these cycles, and engine data plate information seems to lead in that direction.

You might try sending derekbmn a PM and ask his opinion on possible production dates.
