Does anyone know what wheels these are and how much there worth?

they are usually refered to as Manco wheels, few companies used them off and on. they look like 6"

Mancos, as Markus said. Used extensively on Arctic's. The market has dropped a bit due to heavy supply the last 3 weeks. An Arctic Cat collector sold over 20 of them. Check the sold list on eBay under "arctic cat minibike wheel". You'll get your answer if yours are 6" diameter.

they have no webbing i think there called thomas wheels

That's what I thought. Not sure if they are actually called Thomas wheels but they were found on Thomas mini bikes like this one.
