I can’t find an arco with those wheels and a single tube back bone and down tube.

That van looks about like some of my vehicles, when I lived up north.
Maybe you could get the guy that welded the bike to do some new rocker panels........

It is a great site and don’t be sorry about the truck, it’s not mine it’s given to me by my job and I don’t pay for gas registration or insurance for it .. all free so at 4.89 a gallon it could be broken in half and I would not care as long as it gets me from a-b and sometimes c and back!
