Help.. What is it

Looking at pulling the trigger on buying this project. Don’t know what it is or if it’s worth it. Any help is appreciated.

Might be a Manco but the engine and rear tire are ass-backwards.

I thought maybe a Manco Streaker but the brake assembly is on the right side not left.

Sears sold mini bike for a year or two around 1975/76 and through ARA out of Texas....This is like the 3rd one of these that has appeared in the last couple of weeks online, its raining these things right now! and they have the rear wheel and engine setup in reverse on it

Thank you for your help! I think for the right price it might be worth tinkering with. The motor is there for looks not even mounted
