Help with hob cobbled Franken mini. What could it be?

So I ended up with someone's Franken minI project.
Rear wheel has me stumped. Sprocket looks cut to fit maybe? Looked high and low in image searches and found close matches but nothing so far. Anyone seen what this might have been or could be? Thanks a million!

The hardest part it looks like seems to be locating a decal set. Ugh.. well it's fun none the least..

Hardest parts to find are: Chain guard/ clutch cover, correct front fork, correct fenders, wheels/ brakes, seat and then decal set.

I may have a partial front fork.
I also have decals for above and below Super Stocker front decal and for upper frame rails.

They were made by Stellar and parts are scarce, I have an old Stellar I'm just going to make a custom out of since original parts are so tough and expensive to find.

I will do my best with what I got to work with. Sucks the front end is jacked up. Ah well.... still stoked.. lol.. thanks again for helping me on this peeples...
