Can someone tell me how I should go about getting this rim disassembled? It has the four bolts running through to the other side with washers and nuts keeping it together. I have removed the nuts but can't get the rim to separate. I have the studs soaking in PB Blaster as well as the axle. It is supposed to come apart, correct? I have beat on it a bit with no luck. The rim is off of the mini bike. Pic shows it on. 1966 Taco 44. Any help appreciated.

You're on the right track. Keep it soaking for a day or two. That tire is crap, so cutting it off is an option. Once it's gone, you can access the inside of the rim. A little pressure between the two halves from the backside normally helps getting those rims to separate.

Funny. Just got done cutting the tire off. I will let it soak for a few days and see what I end up with. I think the spacer on the opposite side of the axle in the pic is working against me too. It is rusted on.
