Those are trailing mowers. Some of the older garden tractor manufacturers made them like Simplicity, Cub Cadet, Gilson. You could probably find a set and make a hitch to hook them to your bike.

I did it once with 3 18 inch gas mowers but with having to stagger them to eliminate un-mowed strips in between the cut was only a bit wider than the old Craftsman that I use for that field and a lot more maintenance. Worked very well though and being that I used the cheapest mowers out there when one crapped I could just plug another in. Find them on the side of the road all the time, or used to.
