From what I have seen/had the basic engine is the same, things like exhaust systems and and air filter assy's dont mesh, and stuff like the coil will need a bracket.....
the ace 90 and 100 gearcases are a match far as mounting goes, I dont know about the later stuff with the 2 piece side covers but they look like the same cases/basic sizes.

Markus is correct, you would be best to stay with the early Ace 100's ( chrome tank ) engine . The exhaust's can be tough to find or $$$$, Another thing if your Bonanza is a front peg bike, you will want to either have mounts with the pegs on them or add a set so you have somewhere to put your feet. The correct engines have a serial # starting with an E . Good Luck
