The final tapers are bored to the venturi and the carb is ready for finish sanding and polishing. Note how the velocity stack is now blended nicely with the carburetor. that's why I put the stack on before doing any bore work. the venturi is now 20% bigger than stock and still uses the stock throttle bore of 1.00". In some cases I would take the bore to 1.06, but for these carbs it's not needed.
