Brake scrub is above the rear tire where the fender would go.

There's some old guy somewhere that can probably tell you a lot about it. Keep an eye out for him, he's the one with the severely bowed out right leg,

Back in the day before you could buy parts with a click of the mouse...You worked with what you have. I personally like it. If it was mine I would clean it up, fix some of the obvious flaws and try to make it a rider while preserving the original builder’s ideas. It is vintage and interesting. Just my thoughts.

wow… That’s it! approximately 3:45 into the video. I’ve always wanted to go to Mac’s garage sale. Unfortunately it’s on the other side of the country form me.
