Tks folks!! I will be using a mini dirtbike front disc setup, caliper is mounted and rotor is in the mail. Tried using the rear sprocket drum by azusa. I couldnt make it happen, it was too far out of round. I rebored it in the lathe and took out as much as I could without cutting the sprocket loose. Still too far out of round as it hit hard on 2 different parts of the rotation. Cant win them all:shrug:

Made a mod to the air filter today turned it 90* to get it inside the chassis. Not the prettiest but its a clean fit and it serves its function..

replaced the rear 70t sprocket with a 60t. i wasnt getting the full range out of the tav, and all i can say is wow! hold the f&@k on!!
