Homemade Minibike

#1
Hi: My name is jescot and live in Fresno, CA. I am 59 yrs old and currently have a 69 or 70 powell challenger I just finished fixing up. I am also in the middle of building a homemade mini bike using 1" square tubing for the frame. It has 22x11x8 size tires so it is big. It will run a 10hp Tecumseh through a torque converter belt type setup. I modeled it after the old elburro from pictures on the internet. I will get some photos as soon as possible.

I will get some pics tonight after work. The Powell has the spring detent for the shifter. I know some have the rubber or what ever it is. I am not sure what year they went with the spring.
