how can I change the title of my project thread?

at first I was going to make a triple engine capitol kart ump special but I decided it would be better if I made it a 4 engined capitol kart UMP special
can a MODERATOR help me change it?

I hope someone chimes in here. I wanted to move a thread I had started to the project section, contacted the Site administrator, posted in the Supporting members forum, asked in the thread to move it and I never got a reply or response. I goof occasionally and would like to know how to make corrections or thread moves also. Hope this works out, Walt
