HS50 crank. I had this machined to 3/4-inch output. 3/8-24 tapped. The output length is 1/16 shorter than a Rupp 3" crank.

Hello, It is a points version crank. On the left in the pic. you can see the points cam on the crank. Not familiar with short or long taper.
The HS40 non lighted flywheel from 1971 seems to fit this crank taper fine.

I'm looking for a non-points BB crank, with the later taper.
