Huffy hustler

So I picked up a complete huffy few months ago minus the chain guard. Now I have 2 with no guards. I have made the back half of the guards from originals I have just need the front bowl half. Well after a month and 20 emails all of the place I have me some coming I had made from an original. Now 3 bikes have original guards and 2 will have my repops.

So my front half’s came in today fit the original back half of the guard perfect. Now need to make a few back half’s of the guards. One will complete my original bike that was missing a guard.

Thanks took me awhile to find someone to make the cup. I make the back half myself. I sand an polish for now.

Thanks everyone for all the compliments. In the process of making one for a tav model now . Have 2 tav models with original guards needed 1 more for my other. Hard to see but I trace it out on the metal. Cut it with die grinder. Use belt sander to finish the edges. I use a metal bender to do the bends.

All new engine mount made I copied from original. Cover is all mounted just need to polish it. Will eventually chrome them.
