Many of you from Michigan May know about this place. There has never been a trip made by to the area me or my family without spending time here.. what a loss.

I hate lost history, hope they can rebuild.

So sad. We had a place like that up the mountains that burnt down a few years back. "General store". They had everything at that place. They did rebuild but all the old stuff and antiques was lost.

It was called the "Country Junction".

The Fischer family says they are going to re-build even better. I think I spelled their name right.
Glad no one got hurt during the fire fighting.

I have been going there since 1975 , guns to groceries to hardware. Excellent jerky ! Sad to hear about this.....

Glad to hear they are going to rebuild. I hope they keep some of the old flavor though.
