I was told it is a Taco, but???

#1
The guy I bought it from said it's a Taco, but I haven't seen any Tacos' that look anything like it. It came with a 3hp flathead Briggs, shroud says it was made in 1980, also has two different types of 5 point star/astro 6" wheels. Just like my other bike I don't care what it is, just curios to see what it looked like new.
THX in advance for any help!

That is a CESTAD (Central States Tool And Die) built bike. The were sold by themselves and they also built them to be sold through Montgomery Wards.

THX to both of you! Eventually I'll put a predator 212 in it but I've got 2 3hp briggs motors that will be plenty of fun for my nephews and me!

If you look close at the plate on the bars/forks, you can see where someone bofore me wrote "crazy horse", so I'm gonna try and find a sticker or something that has to do with crazy horse, and that will be his official name! The "Monkey Ward Crazy Horse"!
