Identify minibike

I just picked up this cool minibike from a friend. It has a Tecumseh side exhaust 2.5hp, and according to the engine s/n was built in 1970. everything seems original with the exception of the chain/clutch guard (at least re-painted) Can anyone shed some light on who may have made this? Thanks.

That’s a nice complete example of that model bike right down to the original muffler , seat, chain guard etc. Great find, just clean it up and get that awful paint off the chain guard .
