idle speed / too low / need more gas - help

#1
Hi all
first sorry if this is a repeat i searched;

problem: I have a jiangdong JF168 - its starting and idling fine -- however its only starting to enguage the clutch with the throttle (handle) half way on -
I see the screws and have adjusted them but the air filter is blocking the (rabbit - turtle) handle from going all the way to rabbit

im sure that 100s of you guys have dealt with this - this is a very nice motor but i just dont have it adjusted yet

Pull the air filter assembly off so you can see what your doing,then look at it,then you can make your cable adjustments as needed:grind:
