Grabbed the project out of the tarp where it's been all month with 100 plus degrees been too hot to build.
With it's HS40 it's in the process of building the best brake system...
Clutch drum brake ?
Or rear skid brake?
What's your advice.

If you indeed want/need to stop I’d definitely go with a clutch brake…my opinion..

Between the two, I prefer a clutch band brake over a scrub brake.

Thanks guys it's going to be a band brake..
Now time to build or buy the bracket.. mount her up and not wear out shoes Everytime I ride around the block..

It's either hot and dry, or raining all the time depending on where you live.
I vote band brake, I'd prefer disc over all followed by drum.
