Balloon tires are best on soft surfaces, they will be bouncy even at full recommended pressure, especially on a bike with no suspension. The knobs on the tires will be noisy on pavement, ride rough and not last long.
Ok that’s to bad because i was hoping to go a couple miles down the rode on it, but i would rather have it be better on off road how about dirt roads?????
Nothing to worry about on paved road until the road is no longer straight. ALL mini bikes require caution when turning. The fat tire bikes don’t like to turn at higher speeds and really don’t like turning at high speeds on pavement. I’m not afraid of paved road on mini bikes, but use good judgement when trying to turn a corner. Always better to slow down a bit. Crashing sucks!

When we say better one way than the other, that doesn't mean your bike won't do it.
Your back will tell you , your bike will tell you. You can always slow down to make steering better or to make terrain tolerable, and safer, and to damper the bumps.
They are not very fast, they do not have extremely good brakes, no suspension, big balloon tires that are hard to steer...
the knobby tires do not grab the pavement very well, and the tires wear smooth in a relatively short time on pavement.
