Do you have any pictures of it all finished, with a seat, and maybe you sitting on it? I wouldn't be interested in another small bike, something with a 30-34" seat height would be AWESOME
I could definitely build one that taller. Only slight mods to my jigs would be necessary. Only real problem I'm having is with the mono shock. Works great for the kids but not adults. It gets way to much slack in the chain. I'm going to have to find stiffer shocks or build a lockout mechanism.

Figured that I can build the frame with shocks for about $55. Takes about two days to build a frame. If I can get $250 for a frame it would be worth my time since I'm not working.
IMHO to have a go at producing them to sell you need to dial in your jigs so you can make one in an hour or two. Narrow it down to 2-3 varibles. Personally an American made full suspension bike would be awesome. Based on Azusa kits $250-ish would be good. Selling as a disassmebled frame i would speculate there would be less liability but like others said if your serious talk to a lawyer. Best of luck if you try it but beware the courtroom.
I appreciate all the advice. I am going to speak to a layer. I think I could get it down to two hours. It will need a double shock setup for adults and I am looking into the jacks haft option. Sounds like a good plan.
I sure could use on, my trails are like a washboard, my Baja's beat my kidneys to a pulp!! But, I dont want a dirt bike, i love our minis and Bajas..By the way, I am impressed with your skills, great work!!
