Is this tire picture incorrect on OldMiniBikes?

Is this picture which is supposedly showing a "knobby" tire actually showing a "universal" type tire?

The first tire is described as a knobby by the manufacturer which is why we have it labeled as such. You are correct in that it does look more like a universal tire. We'll fix the description this week.

Thank you for the quick response. So if that is actually a universal tire, that's what I am looking for. Is the outer diameter 3.5" + 3.5" + 6" = 13"?
