Jeep2003's Radical Ramrod BBO 2013 Open Class

Heres my Arctic cat Ramrod with cheeftah wheels. Building a girder fork for it. Also the tank will be made from an old blower shroud. And ill be building a mild briggs for it. I may rework the seat pan area Im not sure yet. Gotta build a swingarm for it aswell. Should be pretty mean :thumbsup:

today i made the bash plate from a barbeque top it was precureved and everything. Kinda brittle aluminum but I think itll survive atleast for a while

heres the shroud im making into the tank. I had to slice it up a bit to even it out. should be just a matter of patching it back together and getting it to seal

thanks buck. Im gonna make a leather seat and leather wrapped gripps. Hopefully my sewing machine can take it or ill be doing it by hand. Iv got an old handbag to use the leather from.

whazat? i got it from a junker for 10 buks a few years ago. sold the forks and swingarm and headlight. still have the fenders and wheels though theyre rusted out. im going to use them on my next bike

Got the front forks farther along today and the top half of the gas tank patched in and welded up. its definatly a franken-tank :laugh: no pics today

Forks are basicly done jut got to fix up the welds and drill the bolts for cotter pins on the castle nuts. I removed the seat pan and im going to shorten up the back overhang but i want to make the swingarm first so i can tell how its gonna look. then ill decide how much to shorten it and make the top tube or maybe dual top tubes. Then i can finish the tank and handlebars and build the exhaust. First iv got to fix up the back wheel so I know how to build the swingarm. Iv got to make a spacer for the sprocket to acomodate for the fat tire and maybe a tire chain too
