Just picked up another DB30

Just picked up this really nice Doodlebug DB30 for $100 off of Craigslist. It had the original motor on it (he said it didn't run but I just cleaned the sparkplug and it fired right up) and he also threw in a 5hp Honda motor. I had a spare Predator motor sitting around so I tossed it in. Runs and looks great!! This is the fifth DB30 that I have done so far but the first that a stuck a Predator into.

I love when you can clean the carb or stick a new spark plug in it, pull the cord, and ride it down the street. You got a great deal!

Thanks guys. I never put a predator motor in a DB30 before but it really fits nice, looks like it's made to go there. I've put Honda's and briggs in them but never a predator. I really like how it looks now!

How do you tell if it's a hemi head or not? I have another one that I bought that's still in the box that I haven't opened yet. I'm going to use it on my Bonanza MX.

Hemi`s (60363)have a Aluminum valve cover. non hemi`s have a stamped steel (shiny) valve cover..
