Just picked up two of these. Can't figure out what they are.

Just got two of these off of craigslist. Fake tank. Not the original seat. No brand name on anything. Both have different engines and both are missing engine parts. Going to put a predator on one.

Baja MB165/200. My guess is a 200 by the fender color. They were also called Baja Heat and Baja Warrior.

So I've noticed that just about every bike I've seen with a Predator swap has a torque converter. Why? And is it necessary if I'm just riding the bike for fun through the woods?

Torque converters aren't necessary, but if you're riding on rough terrain and changing speed a lot, it'll work a little better than a standard chain clutch.

A chain clutch will slip and bog down on low RPMs, a TAV will dig to China before it slips
