Someone posted about this a year ago or so. There was a Russian blog site on it. It is a one-off bike, and there were some problems with the tires. The builder was trying to get someone to fund a production line, but no takers. Consensus was that it was a nice machine, but too expensive to produce to too few buyers.

IIRC, I found the info on a Russian-language fishing web site.
