I remember seeing newer King Midgeta advertised in Popular Mechanics and similar magazines in the 1960s. I'm sorry/relieved that it's so far away from me.

My Dad had a willys jeepster looking one when I was in grade school so 72-73 maybe and it was only a few years old, a neighbor gave it to him and said it was junk and he couldn't get it running so he was done. The points were bad and the fuel had clabbered up is all that was wrong with it so he fixed it. I never got to drive it but we went to Coit's drive in with it a few times and got crazy attention, a customer at my Dad's work bought it and we never saw it again.
