Lots of assembly progress done. Received the wrong sized fork gaiters so had to stop before putting in lower forks. But look pretty good so far I think!
So far nothing. But I’m leaning toward a mechanical brake caliper on the sprocket. Just need to have someone weld the caliper bracket in the right place. I guess???

Right now the chain is new and dry... no oil or grease so it’s an ok option for now, otherwise I’m at a loss? I don’t want to spend $200 on the tourque converter plate with the band brake that originally came on it. I’m open to suggestions tho! Lol
