That looks like a 63 or 64 Lil Indian. Has the hans wheels with the big bearings. It is really rough.

I am sorry didn't look to hard. I was looking at the wheels too hard.LOL. Looks like a Max Torque V belt amd pulley set up.

Looks like to me also but the pic isnt big enough. scrub was in the way so a belt tenchner will take care of that. I need his missing disk brake assembly.
