And yes the handle bars have been welded stuck. In gonna have to undo and find me some turn knob thingys to hold em together...

Yup I looked and found your pic on page 9 and it seems like Where one would be is just not there. Hmm.. Lol..

Not sure how the frobt fork springs come out? Anyone take these apart? Thank you..

Yes.. Remove the left & right bolt on the outside of the handlebars. Forks should slide out with spring attached.
