This is my son's first minibike build (9 yro). Used an azusa kit from go kart galaxy (great guy). And the classic 3.5hp edger motor (cleaned and painted). I sprayed the frame and tin with a candy red over a silver base then clear. These pics are the finished product.

I made up a visual instruction manual for him to follow, which worked pretty well.
