looking for some slick tires for my kids go kart

#1
hey guys,
Its finally time to order some new tires for my kids go kart and i was looking for a little advice. My plans are a new predator engine with a arc flywheel and I would like to do a live axle conversion but that would take too long and i just want to get this thing running.
i saw someone here asking a similar thing for a vintage go kart look but im wondering if that is my only option.
the front wheels are 4.10-5 and the rear are 4.10-6 and i just want some slicks that will last. i have a small go kart track close by and would love to take my kids. Im sure they would love it as well (watching me drive it )

i was going to order the flywheel on OldMiniBikes but since Im getting free shipping i thought of ordering the tires as well. any recommendations?
i was thinking of these
https://www.OldMiniBikes.com/410-x-350-x-5-cst-slick-r350.html?category_id=152
https://www.OldMiniBikes.com/410-x-350-x-6-cst-slick.html?category_id=152

on the other thread i saw that the Vintage speed 10 x 4.10/3.50-5would be a good choice.
so what do you guys think?
i would like to upgrade my wheels to a two piece but i dont know what wheels i can get for my set up since my rear wheels a flanged

dang ..I was gonna suggest unless track requires slicks do not buy slicks ..id buy a set front widest lawn mower treaded tires I could get .. ur karts one wheel peal . slick isn't gonna work that good ..even on a paved track .. there way to hard compound for one wheel peal yard kart and make ride rougher than heck too ..I don't think ur gonna be happy ..

You mean MFG Supply? An often overlooked source for parts but their flat rate shipping just cannot be beat.

Cheng Shin tires (hey, I'm on a grammar Nazi roll here) are fantastic. The slicks are 4 ply and quite durable. However for the hands down winner in kart slicks, it would have to be Bigfoots, made for the concession kart industry.:001_cool:
