Looking for someone who rebuilds H35 Tecumseh engine rebuild

How’s it going I have a H35 Tecumseh I’m looking to get rebuilt completely, I want the outside to keep the patina just want the insides new. Is there anyone on here that rebuilds Tecumseh engines ? I’m looking for a stock rebuild of if there’s a way to add a little more to it. The engine puffs smoke and runs like crap. My number is 6318054062

he rebuilt and restored my 68 H35 and it is amazing. No one better for the job.
