Sorry for a late response, I have it out at a friends right now, so unsure of the model, it was green with red wirenand a box on front for weight, the front wheel had a brake , but this tote gote picture was as close a pic as I could find, it has a bar in front of the motor at a slant simular to this one

You most likely have a 600. Where are you located?

xr7gt is right, you have a modified Tote Gote model 600. Many of the trail scooters from this era used the same front wheel. Tote Gote welded a drum on the wheel for a front brake.
