Massimo MB200 noise when throttle and shut off

I have this wierd noise on throttle. Is anything loose or something. I am concerned for safety. Is it normal.

It turns off after a while and not start. Is it low fuel or carburetor issue or spark plug. I tried to look at carburetor and got the fuel pipe off. Now I can't put it back because it is bare minimum size. Will get a one longer size. This chinese crap quality is getting me to learn so much. If this community was not here I would have been hitting a brick.

Are you talking about the noise coming from the chain guard area when you hit the gas? If you are thats most likely the clucth shoes engaging against the drum or it could be a loose chain slapping around inside the cover
